Delivery
If I order now when will I receive my food?
Generally, if you order with us before 12 noon on a weekday you’ll receive your food the next working weekday. Bear in mind bank holidays, when there are no deliveries, and there is a cut off for next day delivery before Christmas.
Do I need to be in on the day of delivery?
No. Our courier company will leave your order in a safe location, but at your own risk, if you tell us to do so during the checkout process. If you use a mobile number during the checkout process we’ll also send you a text with a 1 hour delivery window on the day your order is due to arrive.
Can you give us a delivery time in advance?
If you use your mobile phone number in the ‘contact telephone’ field during checkout you’ll receive a 1 hour delivery window on the morning your delivery is due.
Do you only deliver within the UK?
No. We can arrange delivery to Mainland Europe too. Email us if you’d like delivery information for Mainland Europe.
Are there any delivery charges?
Not for Mainland UK unless you live in an area that our courier firm deems to be ‘hard to reach’. Then there is a surcharge for delivery. This will be made clear in advance during checkout.
Our Food
Are your dog foods made in Britain?
Yes, all of our foods are made in the North of England. Our head office is in Lancashire.
Where can I find information on your ingredients?
All our individual foods have comprehensive ingredient listings on their individual product page. If you’d like more information then feel free to contact us at any time.
Do you offer any bulk discounts?
Due to the increasing distribution coats for boxes we can’t offer discounts on small orders. However we are always happy to offer discounts on orders containing larger quantities. Simply email or call us on 01704 893128 / 07545 575229 us before placing your order and we can discuss any possible discounts with you.
Do you have feeding guides?
Yes, we have feeding guides for all our individual foods. Please look on the product pages and all the information is there for you. Please bear in mind that every dog is different and that these are only guidelines.
Breeder Bag & Puppy Packs
Do we have Breeder Bags?
Yes, we do offer breeder/working dog bags in our Silver and Platinum Collections. Simply select that option for the bag when choosing your products.
Do we have Puppy Packs?
We do puppy packs for each of our puppy foods and they are available for sale to all breeders using our foods. Puppy packs include a 2Kg bag of the food selected and a unique money off voucher for the puppies new owners. The prices are as follows and must be bought in 4’s.

Which dog food would you suggest for a really fussy dog?
We have a wide range of foods that are good for fussy eaters. Most of the Platinum Collection are very good but especially the following:-

My dog is allergic to grains. Which food would you recommend?
All the foods in our Superfood & Platinum Collections are completely grain free as are the following :-

- Silver Collection Fish & Potato with Itch-Ease for your adult dog
My dog needs to lose weight. Which food will help?
We do have foods that work well as ‘diet’ foods and can help dogs to lose weight provided they are used as part of a weight loss or weight management diet. The four best for this are :-
- Platinum Collection Turkey for your overweight & less active dog
- Platinum Collection Trout & Salmon for your overweight & less active dog
- Gold Collection Turkey & Rice for your older and weight managed dog
- Silver Collection Fish & Rice for your older and weight managed dog
My dog is prone to allergies. Which food is best to help manage the issue?
Most of our foods are hypoallergenic and very effective with dogs prone to food related allergies in our Gold and Silver Collections.
However, if your dog is more sensitive, we have the following foods that are completely grain free that could help more :-

My vet wants me to feed my dog on a low fat food. Have you got anything which is suitable?
Yes. If you are looking for a low fat dog food you would normally want something which is designed for a less active, older or overweight dog and we have several foods which can help in our Older and Weight Managed Food Collection for Dogs
What’s the difference between your dog food ranges?
The Silver Collection is a Hypo-Allergenic, Wheat and Wheat Gluten Free Range of Complete Foods for Your Dog.
The Gold Collection is a Naturally Balanced Hypo-Allergenic Range of Complete Foods formulated without Beef, Pork, Wheat, Wheat Gluten, Dairy, Egg or Soya for Your Dog.
The Platinum Collection is a High Meat Content, Grain and Cereal Free Range of Complete Foods. The foods contain a Minimum of 50% Meat or Fish, at least 26% of which is Freshly Prepared. Sweet Potato is included as a Great Alternative to Grain. The Collection is packed with Vitamins and has no Added Artificial Colours or Preservatives for Your Dog.
The Superfood Collection has a minimum of 65% meat of which 35% is freshly prepared meat. Giving the food a higher then normal collagen level which is great for Skin, Coat, Ligaments and Tendons. It is 100% Grain & White Potato Free helping to reduce yeasty ears and skin folds. Packed full of superfood ingredients to give your dog all the essential vitamins and minerals they need in as natural way as possible.

Which cat food would you suggest for a really fussy cat?
The Platinum Collection of Cat foods would be your best bet for fussy eaters. It’s a range of foods with a high meat content that your cat should love.
My cat is allergic to grains. Which food would you recommend?
All the foods in our Platinum Collection are completely grain free and would suit that need.
My cat needs to lose weight. Which food will help?
We don’t have a specific weight loss or weight management diet but our Sliver Collection Chicken & Rice for your Older Cat is a lower fat food and could help as part of a calorie controlled diet.
My cat is prone to allergies. Which food is best to help manage the issue?
Most of our foods are hypoallergenic and very effective with cat prone to food related allergies in our Gold and Silver Collections.
However, if your cat is more sensitive, the Platinum Collection is completely grain free that could help more.

Small Animal Food Collection
Are the small animal feeds complete foods?
The Ferret food is a complete food, but the Rabbit food is a complementary food designed to be fed alongside forage or some form of hay.
Are the small animal foods good for selective feeders?
Yes, both of the rabbit and ferret foods are single pellet foods designed to prevent selective feeding.
Pond Fish Food Collection
When can I feed my pond fish?
As long at the water temperature is above 4 degrees Celsius then you can feed any pond food.
Can I still feed my pond fish in winter?
Our All Seasons Pond Pellets are Wheatgerm based so are completely safe to use down to 4 degrees Celsius. Once the water temperature goes below 4 degrees Celsius, then you should stop feeding them until the weather starts to warm up and is again above 4 degrees Celsius.
Do the pond foods float?
Yes, our All Seasons Pellets do float.
