We aim to give you the best possible food for your pets and service so if we fall below that we want to know. If any products are damaged in transit or is not what you ordered, then please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If a product is found to be faulty then contact us here at Your Pet Food Online within 14 working days with details of product and batch number and return the product to us including all packaging and we will investigate and either refund or replace the product.
If you have any questions about our foods or our delivery terms, then please contact us at Your Pet Food Online as once an order is placed it cannot be changed. If you have made a mistake in your order, then contact us ASAP and we will do whatever we can to rectify it. All orders made before 12 noon on Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day and no amendments or cancellations can be made after the order/despatch deadline has been reached as your order will already be packaged and awaiting collection by our courier.
In the event of purchasing a product from us at Your Pet Food Online by mistake through no fault of Your Pet Food Online then we will offer a refund or replacement product providing the original product is returned to Your Pet Food Online in an un-used and saleable condition within 14 days of delivery and at the customer’s own expense. Once the product has been received and checked and found that it is in an un-used and saleable condition then a refund with be arranged. We retain the right to refuse refunds on products that aren’t in a saleable condition.
