Delivery

If I order now when will I receive my food?

Generally, if you order with us before 12 noon on a weekday you’ll receive your food the next working weekday. Bear in mind bank holidays, when there are no deliveries, and there is a cut off for next day delivery before Christmas.

Do I need to be in on the day of delivery?

No.  Our courier company will leave your order in a safe location, but at your own risk, if you tell us to do so during the checkout process.   If you use a mobile number during the checkout process we’ll also send you a text with a 1 hour delivery window on the day your order is due to arrive.

Can you give us a delivery time in advance?

If you use your mobile phone number in the ‘contact telephone’ field during checkout you’ll receive a 1 hour delivery window on the morning your delivery is due.

Do you only deliver within the UK?

No. We can arrange delivery to Mainland Europe too.  Email us if you’d like delivery information for Mainland Europe.

Are there any delivery charges?

Not for Mainland UK unless you live in an area that our courier firm deems to be ‘hard to reach’.  Then there is a surcharge for delivery.  This will be made clear in advance during checkout.
